What we collect, and why

Newsletter: Your email, so we can send specials and events. Nothing else. It’s held by Kit, our email provider, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Group and function enquiries: Your name, email, phone, date, group size and notes, so we can plan and get back to you. They come to us by email. The website doesn’t keep a copy.
Job applications: Your name, email, what you tell us and your CV if you attach one. They come to us by email. The website doesn’t keep a copy.
Icebreaker questions: Your question, plus your first name, suburb and email if you choose to give them. We keep them until we’ve approved or binned the question. If yours goes in the deck or on a coaster, we credit you with first name and suburb only, and only if you gave them. Your email is only used to tell you it made the cut.
Bookings: Made through OpenTable, under OpenTable’s own privacy policy.
Visits: We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t know who you are.

We don’t sell your details or share them, except with the services above, which hold them for us. No ad trackers.
